Processes Offered

1 Shredder

Shred through 1500 Horse Power 7272 Side Feed Mini-Auto Shredder (Removal of Iron and Separation of Non-Ferrous Metals and Non-Metallic Elements)

2 Shredders

Shred through both 1500 Horse Power 7272 Side Feed Mini-Auto Shredder and 800 Horse Power 6060 Top Feed Shredder (Additional Downsizing of Product, Removal of Iron and Separation of Non-Ferrous Metals and Non-Metallic Elements)

NOTE: Material type and contamination amounts will determine the need for one or two shredding systems to be used. MSI management will assess customer material, make recommendations, and advise each customer as to the best method for a clean finished product.

Packaging

MSI offers customers the option to have finished product packaged in several different sizes of super-sacks. An additional charge is applied for this service. If super-sack packaging is not required then finished product will be shipped loose to customer. If other packaging requirements are necessary please contact MSI personnel so we may discuss your individual needs.

Iron Return

MSI offers customers the option to receive back their iron after processing completion. In some instances a 20 to 40 yard container may need to be supplied by the customer.

And as a reminder, all materials received by Metal shred Industries will be stored inside, segregated into individual concrete bunkers, and protected from:
